Megan Mariotti is the assistant director of operations at the Penn Medicine Center for Health Care Innovation. In this role, Megan designs and executes projects and provides oversight of Center operations, including staffing allocation and business plan development.
Prior to joining the Center, Megan worked as a senior clinical project manager in the Department of Quality & Safety at Atrius Health in Boston, where she led Accountable Care Organization (ACO) quality reporting and chronic disease management efforts. At Geisinger Health System in Danville, PA, Megan was a quality improvement specialist and nurse practitioner in a pediatric weight management program. She also completed an administrative fellowship at Harvard University Health Services and worked as a staff nurse on the general pediatric floor at New York Presbyterian Weill-Cornell Medical Center. She is a member of the Board of Directors at the HSC Foundation in Washington, DC.
Megan completed a bachelor’s degree in nursing at the University of Pennsylvania, a master’s degree in nursing as a pediatric nurse practitioner at the University of Pennsylvania, and a master of public health with a focus on health policy and management at the Harvard School of Public Health.
